I paid about £100 3ish years ago, so probably more now. That included a fret dress

My local guitar tech has price tiers. About £40 for a guitar with a hard tail or standard tremolo, almost £50 for a floating or locking trem.

If you also want a fret dress and profile it’s £88 and £98 respectively.

About twenty years ago I got a bass done for £70. The thing cost me £90 in the first place but I wanted to gift it to a friend that was learning so didn’t want to give him a broken instrument.

So I’m guessing now it’s at least double that maybe a little less for a guitar.

CAN cost or DOES cost? I’m sure you can find someone willing to rip you off for hundreds, or there are places where if you buy it there they’ll do it for free and give you a 6 month “checkup” as well, all included. If you’re bringing something you own to a different shop, I’d estimate between $50-100 USD for a common setup
