I am super excited for Ferrari but know that the race strategy will somehow fumble this fantastic qualifying for the team. I’ve been hurt too many times.

It was pretty entertaining. Q1 and Q2 had just enough dampness to cause issues for everyone. Albon was P1 in Q1 which as it turned out was not really a fluke as he ended up P4. There were 2 red flags throughout, Hamilton under-performing, and then Max doing what he does best at the end of Q3 in front of the home crowd.
The answer is a lot. Over 17 seconds a lap on this circuit.
That looks not so accidental to me. I have just seen this clip and based on what I know of their relationship it would be surprising to say the least, but it looks like he just hulk smashed the bottle right into it as a fuck you.
I don’t think just because there’s more passing automatically means more crashes. If anything the faster cars would take it easy on the first lap (when most incidents occur) knowing they have the speed to overtake once all the craziness is over.
I know everyone likes to shit on sprints, but I’m ok with the FIA experimenting if only to avoid things getting stale. My suggestion would be to run the sprint in reverse qualifying order so even back markers get to fight for some points and you could have a ton of overtakes.
As always this season, I will be hoping Max doesn’t win, but I am excited to see what McLaren can do.
Well I’m sure if they thought there was more money to be made they would change the rules.
All aboard the Williams hype train! Choo choo. But seriously I would love for them to have a great performance in quali.
I think 11-12 teams on the grid would be perfect. Any more and it starts to get a little crowded in my opinion, especially for some of the smaller circuits.
Obviously something has to change with the track. Handing out so many time penalties after the race is indicative of a huge issue.
Why did they pit him for softs with so much left in the race?
