Yup! I thought it was a really fun game. I didn’t play the original so I cannot comment on adherence to the source. But as a standalone game I really enjoyed my time with it.

Guess not. I really liked the remake of the first game. Was a lot of fun.

I wish FDroid at least allowed some kind of user rating system to make this a little easier but I can understand some reasons to not include that function. If there’s no rating system there’s no raring abuse lol.

I’ve had a hard time finding quality games in there. Outside of Shattered Pixel Dungeon they are few and far between. I still agree with your take though, because fuuuuck mainstream mobile games.

I made a rare dip into the play store recently and tried to just get the hill climb racing game or a similar one. I played them as web games years ago and liked them and wanted to play them again. All of them are so riddled with ad garbage they are unplayable. Even the lego one was stuffed with “buy gems or your progress is nonexistent” and other garbage tactics.

Every game I get in there is a disappointment. The Netflix games started out solid but I feel like they are going to change to more standard mobile junk eventually.

I’ve used Mint, Ubuntu, CentOS and Kali here and there. Never on my personal computer though. May go with one of those, but I see some other newcomers that I might try. I appreciate the offer to help.

I’m on windows 10. And they were right that it was the last version of windows I’ll ever need. I only change OS when I update my hardware. So next hw refresh, I’m going to Linux.

I don’t know enough about her to evaluate her fairly atm, but those don’t sound like the worst goals. It’s just assumption that she’ll be horrible because Trump picked her. I would like to believe it’s a blind squirrel finding a nut scenario, but that’s going to take time to see.

Websites. I hate apps. I hate them trying to glean data from me, I hate then trying to shove ads down my throat while I’m already buying shit from them. I hate how I have to open a new app for everything instead of just another tab. I hate that many are tied solely to apps on my phone and refuse to use those platforms. I want to use my computer instead sometimes. Sometimes I don’t want to tippy tap on a small screen. I hate apps with a passion, they are a fucking blight more often than not.

Nice, that sounds delicious. I’m actually guilty of enjoying avocado toast every now and again. There is a “everything bagel” seasoning at Trader Joes that goes super well on top. The funny thing is I had no idea what avocado toast was or that it was a thing until boomers started bitching about it. Sounded good so I tried it lol
