I put a ton of time into making Sync for Reddit look and behave exactly the way I liked it, and I don’t even know how I’d replicate that when Sync for Lemmy comes out. I can understand why it would be difficult but it would be so awesome

    I also did this at first, and it seemed to work, however, for me, there were problems. I kept getting error messages and I couldn’t view any comments. I ended up having to uninstall the app and then reinstalling, and then just started fresh. Now I am able to view the comments again.

        That’s great, thanks for letting me know! Now, the next time I have to set it back up again, I’m glad that I can use my Sync for Reddit backup.

      I just tried this, broke S4L so I had to uninstall and reinstall. Oh well, I just opened each app side by side and went through every setting so it matched.
