For some people looking good is literally their job and cost is no object when you’re rich.

As soon as someone gets a facelift the ageing-clock speeds up and repeated lifts have diminishing returns until a person is left with an unexpressive piece of pleather for a face. Michael Jackson’s nose was also a good example of such issues.
